Gravely Roofing has been demolishing this property periodically over the summer without any permits, notification or safety oversight. the site has been left unsecured with discontinuous fencing and piles of debris, rubble and excavated holes. L + I please inspect!

This post is regarding new violations regarding renewed work on this site on Tuesday and Wednesday of this week (Aug 19th and 20th).
No permits are visible and no notifications have been given for the following work:
- Demolition on the 19th impacted party walls of adjacent rowhouses on the 900 block of 26th St.
- Demolition work on the 20th involved a separate structure on the NW corner of North 26th St. and Poplar St. directly fronting a sidewalk and SEPTA stop which remained open, with an un-fenced perimeter while work is underway.
