Description

Heading South on Memorial Parkway, the traffic light turn signal at Green Cove and "the Parkway" should be a green arrow. Turning east on Green Cove is restricted by a Red Light (Left on Green Only), even though you can sit at that turn light for 2 minutes without seeing another vehicle traveling North. Please consider changing this to a "left turn yield" signal.
