Description

This wall has been down since last school year now kids are back in school and same scary big dog Growls, lunges, barks and scares kids that go by there for school.
Can we please get this fixed before a disaster that the owner just doesn't seem to care about happens.
Besides it looks horrible they aren't cleaning this mess up.
