Thanks for posting this. People use the chain link to sit while watching basketball. The top portion gets pulled down to create a hammock type chair. When the fence collapses completely (like this picture) they move over to the next section.
BTW big thanks to the city workers that clean up all the trash from the basketball court every morning. It's very appreciated!
