No wonder the poor dogs bark all the time, the are traumatized! Maybe the dogs need to be removed for their safety as we would remove children!

Perhaps you should call the police and file a noise complaint regarding these people and their dogs instead of writing on a newspaper web site to complain. Don't be such a coward. If you are as fed up as you profess, call the police and let them resolve the problem.

Not a coward Nana. I have called the police and the dog warden. I am assuming the issues have been addressed by them but nothing has changed. This is more of a last resort. Did this strike a nerve with you Nana? Maybe you are guilty of the same behavior? If you make a public spectacle of yourself then you should not expect privacy...perhaps they will get better.

No, why would it strike a nerve? I don't make a spectacle out of myself, although I have had some neighbors that have. We are quiet and respectful of others. However, if I had an issue with a neighbor I would address the issue with them, in a respectful manner. If that did not resolve the problem, then I would file a noise complaint. And continue to do so until either the city got tired of sending the police and started charging them everytime they came out, or they got the message. I am sure there are nuisance laws they could be guilty of. I would find that much more constructive then venting on a news web site and making childish comments to someone who posted a response you didn't care for. Does that strike a nerve?

Continue to call the police. Eventually, they'll start ticketing the homeowners. Posting complaints on this useless site does nothing.

You have to think of your safety too. People are a little out of control these days. And you have to be careful how you approach things like this. I hope things get better on there own very soon.

You can go to Walmart and buy a Guardian Outdoor Bark Control device. I t works like a charm. You cant hear it but the dog sure will. Good luck.

call the police if the police hear the dogs barking and there called enough and the dogs dont stop barking they can be fined &100.00 each time the police have to come out I live in painesville township and thats how i got the neighbors dog to stop barking ...people are ignorant. are they renting if so contact the owner .if they own the house keep calling the police if there called enough by enough people...something will be done (GOOD LUCK....

Dear Resident ~ shooting the dogs would be against the law. Not the dogs fault.,,,, dogs bark for a reason and most of the time it's the owners fault for not giving them the proper attention or care. If they can't handle their marriage then they probably shouldn't have dogs.....just like children, they are a direct reflection of their enviroment. Have a good day. :)
