I'd like to see a community learning/after school center in my area with shuttle bus rides available coming from the school to the center. Parents would be responsible for picking up their kids after school/phoning for a ride home from the center. I'm sure that White County could raise funds for such a place and could pay local teachers or students who wish to become teachers to run it and mentor younger students.
