Description
With the recent torrential rains a hole in the fence at the lower part of the Oakwood Dog Park has opened up (temporarily blocked with a table top) and so much mulch has washed down the fence is only about 3' feet high at that end. There is also a weak spot forming in the fence at a culvert at the top of the park adjacent to the cemetery.
