What a DB. Hope we can spot this truck in the future and move him along to better judgement. OPD won't be able to do much without a license plate # and identifiable image of the junkjerk's face. A reminder that it's worth the small extra cost for 1080p high resolution cameras.

Hi all, we've identified the dumper, turns out a neighbor recognized the truck. Their name and address has been forwarded to the authorities. They run an illegal scavenger business so their neighbor is forwarding us photos of the junk they tear apart to see if it ends up on our street. I love our neighbors!

Our neighbor contacted Public Works and I've contacted Officer Lane who stopped by our center a few weeks ago asking about our cameras and if we get any footage of the dumping on Lowell at Stanford.
