Description

For over the past 3 months, every Saturday, our regular pickup day, either the recycling or the garbage is missed.The last 5-6 Saturdays, no garbage was picked up in this area. I have made numerous weekly calls to Wastepro reporting the issue. Every week, Saturday pickup comes around and the garbage is still there after being placed curbside either the night before or before 7AM. I call on Monday to report it. I am told it is going to a manager and they will call me back along with coming by to pick up the full cart. I never get a call back and the garbage is out on the curb until the next regular pickup day on Wednesday. I can not take this runaround anymore and I need to get the service I pay for.
