Thank you Irene. This bridge/culvert overflowed and broke up the brand new pavement. Unfortunately, the town dumped sand and gravel on the new pavement and it just washed back away today from the remnants of "Lee" (tropical storm). I think a larger solution is required or a school bus route will be eliminated.
