Description

This is the 8th time in 2 weeks I've reported this can full or overflowing - a can that was placed in its location by a resident because the littering is so bad in this location. Please add a city can or two at this spot. Local residents are picking up the trash some days and dispersing it to other cans (as they did this morning as well as yesterday for a birthday party), but that is not a long-term solution.
