Description

Every day, during hours of operation, the relatively new psychic operating at the intersection of Common and Copeland streets displays an "A-frame" advertisement on the sidewalk. It is large enough that elderly, handicapped and/or anyone with children in a carriage or stroller must almost certainly have to step off of the sidewalk at this very heavily-traveled, dangerous intersection.
