This is not a junk vehicle. Although the plate tag is expired the vehicle is operable. The Code Officer spoke to the owner and they showed the vehicle does operate. The owner was told to move vehicle occasionally so it doesn’t give the appearance of a junk vehicle; the car will be sold in a few weeks.
