Description

there is a large tree branch down on the shoulder of rt 82 north, laying right on the white line of the very narrow shoulder at the top of the hill about a 1/4 mile north of the T intersection with rt 841. I nudged the branch with my tire and a large section of the brach that sticks up rolled into the lane of traffic and struck my side-view mirror.... ROAD HAZARD!!! I reported it to East fallowfield township office but they haven't taken care of it!!
