You know I have been reading about issue about the bridge. But, I have one question to Mr. Sarrow, where is this proposal for the bridge that you put on hold until after election? Well, it is after the election, the bridge is damaged, so where is this proposal. I think Scarrow need to be accountable and fess up.

I believe that is # 7 in Saskatoon. They are already making plans for a North Bridge--# 8.
We have 1/2 a bridge and are getting lip service until after Nov.7 and then it will be forgotten about again.

I hope DofH builds one a few miies east of the city.
connecting Hwy11 with Hwy55 and the Tote Road.
that is the ONLY option that makes sense. And takes the Dangerous Goods Route out of the city

Unfortunately this is far beyond an Election issue
and if the parties make it an issue, that will just divert from the other important issues.
the bridge up here is a basic necessity cause the ferries don't run all year round.
we NEEDED a second bridge long before we needed Highway 11 twinned

from what I was told was that 6th Ave river crossing was no good, as it was too deep with sand before you hit bedrock. Feet measured in hundrends.
15th St was better.
But now, it has to be outside the city to act as a dangerous goods route. Crossing the river near the pulp mill, joining up with the Tote Road. That would make a nice loop around the city, and have the Major routes covered

that guy: I think you are correct, and I was wrong..... 15th street has the deep sand, and 6th was more appropriate.
but that was back before the city grew so much to the East

a bridge outside the city will route the big stuff that doesn't stop anyways
