On Garfield St where the farmer's market takes place, my car was towed. However on the side across pay meters, the no parking sign does not state that cars will be towed if parked there on Thursday. Normally one cant park there on Tuesday for street sweeping. A bigger sign should be posted indicating the farmers market is still on going on. The real complaint is why was my car towed when the sign on the side of the street where my car was towed did not indicate the possibility of towing.
