Description
It would be great if something could be done to the Jackson St wall at Madison Park. Currently it is blocking any view from the street, making it a haven for drinking, drug activity, and bums. A clean up would be nice, but a complete redesign of this area, including opening the wall and lighting that actually works at night, would help remove the public nuisance and alleviate an ongoing public safety concern. After all, it is a park. Thx.
