A rental family (I think they were renters and I'm not sure if they were all family) have recently moved to brockton and there is trash in the front yard. this house has been neglected by the landlord and also needs maintenance (new front steps, power wash exterior, trim overgrown bushes, etc..) please contact landlord and advise. This has been neglected for many years since the nice elderly lady that owned and lived there died.
