That is not impassable, yet it's still not stellar and worthy of repair next year. Casting my vote to repair.

It's impassable by someone in a wheelchair or with a visual impairment. We discovered it while doing the Lansing Walkability Audit which we conduct from the perspective of persons with disabilities including visual and physical challenges that affect mobility.
