Description
Traveling East on Stanhope to the intersection of Newport, on the right side of the road there is a STOP sign mounted to a street light post. The sign is completely covered by trees, it can NOT be seen. It needs to be mounted on a regular stop sign post and put out where the public can see it. It is NOT visible due to trees and how it is mounted on a street light post. Please fix!!!!
