Description

There has been a Black Honda Civic (PA License Plate J90 063J) illegally parked on the sidewalk of Wyalusing Ave adjacent to Apache's Auto Clinic at 5727 Haverford Ave for several months. This issue is posing a serious risk to pedestrians as they are forced to walk into the street alongside traffic. I would also like to note that I have seen on several occasions marked Philadelphia Police and Parking Authority vehicles pass by without any regard for this obvious violation.
