THIS ALLEY WAY IS USED BY NUMEROUS NEIGHBORS JUST AS A STREET TO GET TO AND FROM THEIR RESIDENCE. IT HAS BEEN PATCHED AND PATCHED OVER THE YEARS; AND IT IS DEFINATELY OVER DUE FOR REPAVING.THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER.
