Contact the trash pickup company and tell them that it's illegal to pick up before 7AM in your residential neighborhood. If it's Allied Waste or Gold Medal Disposal, you may need to call two or three times, but you should get results eventually as we did. If it's Lawrenson, you can try calling them. But when it doesn't work, call the 6th district police station and file a roll call complaint against them.
