August 25 2014 - Thank you for your report. The Health Director, Mr. Day, will visit the residence to survey the property and take necessary steps to correct the concerns from a Board of Health regulation code.

Based upon a review of the building file, the issue related to an auto repair and / or small engine repair business being operated from this property dates back to 2010 and subsequently in 2011, 2012 and most recently in April 2013. The Zoning officer has determined that these uses are not permitted in the residential zoning district. This matter will be forwarded to the Zoning Officer for priority action and follow up.
