Description

Not only is the builder parking on the right of way on both sides of the road making it impossible to pass but the erosion procedures and ensuring that there is not building materials in the road.

In both my truck and my wife's car is having to have all four tires replaced due to screws and nails puncturing them.

We live in the Oxford Crescent t neighborhood and appreciate the owner of the house adding the addition and making the overall look of the house nicer but the construction has been going on for almost a year now.

I haven't complained since there really isn't anywhere else for the contractors to pRk but enough is enough. The builder should have erosion procedures and they should ensure the safety of the roadway.

What will Brookhaven do about this?
