Description

Construction site on the east side of the road is hazardous to drivers and bikers. There are often large vehicles blocking one side of the street, which are difficult to see around and pass. No cones or personnel designated to direct traffic around site when the road is blocked by construction equipment. Trash and construction debris are often laying in the road, including a nail that popped one of my bike tires recently.
