Yes. This is annoying. I see those cars everyday. Parking dept needs to do something about it ASAP.

Still parking everyday?

Getting even worse all over town with these residents paying for out of state insurance and living here.

I live on ogden ave and theres a man that works for mr ninos pizza that also lives on ogden ave he drives a grey car with new york plates this is his 2nd car in the past year with new york plates. How is this allowed? Maybe if cops patrolled the town(including ogden ave) more often they would see the same cars past a month. Isnt the law you have to change everything over within a month of moving?

Sorry to say it but NOTHING will ever get done in this town regarding out of state cars its sad what this town is becomming

Maybe if cops patrolled better they would notice the same out of state cars are the same everyday past A YEAR. Kearny cops never do anything to crack down on the laws. The car on ogden ave got a ticket and red sticker(i dont know for what) the other day but of course he still has ny plates lives in kearny works in kearny an has tons of harrison parkin permits on his windows from this year and previous years so he getting away with this in 2 towns

I dont understand, if they register and insure in New Jersey the cars will still be parked there if they live there. And with that how can you be sure they are paying cheaper rates than you. They could have points. Seems like you just want them to get ticketed because clearly you arent going to get extra parking complaining. The streets are public, not permit parking. Deal with it.

You must be one of them. I have a driveway so doesn't effect me but my neighbors sure park far on some nights.

I park far all the time because I work ten hours a day. I am not one of them but I don't really care because where they are insured doesn't mean their car isn't going to take up space. And really what is far? around the corner? This isn't Jersey City. One of them, lol.

And plenty of your neighbors I am sure being registered in New Jersey park like crap and/or take up more than one spot. That'd be something better to complain about.

Traffic looked into this and the vehicle is not registered to the person living in Kearny. Unfortunately this is a loop hole.
