This trash can is still overflowing, and attracting bugs, and likely feeding the skunks that have taken over the neighborhood. Please empty this as soon as possible.

Good luck with that - this city holds no one accountable for anything anymore - Parks left a PILE of tree debris from a subcontractor in front of my house for two weeks- I called everyday and they did nothing. I had to clean it up myself. I now throw all yard debris in the street for the City to clean up. What are they going to do to me ??? Give me a ticket they can't enforce like snow removal ?? After 30 years I'm ready to move far far away.......No one listens anymore.
