I agree. I've been caught back at West Chester Pike waiting for the line to move properly, meaning the light should let the cars waiting to turn left do so at a maximum rate based on the number of cars in line. I have a feeling it is either set short or the under ground sensor/sensor on top of traffic light facing this lane is malfunctioning. Either way, it is a STATE road so PENDOT will have to fix it. It's been much worse since the Quarry shopping center opened. PENDOT, UPPER DARBY TOWNSHIP and HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP were all supposed to make this intersection better once that shopping center opened.
