Description

Why is it that every... EVERY manhole cover on the newly paved Townsend Ave (paved just last summer)... is so deep its like driving in potholes. Avoiding them is like driving a slalom event. Its f*#king ridiculous. Was there no oversight to this subcontracted out job to ensure the depth of the manhole covers was within specs??
