This isn't trash or rubbish. This is an Art Car. It would be like saying the statue in someones yard down the street is garbage just because you don't like how it looks. I like seeing all of the different creations with the car.

Looks like trash. Public art installations require permits. Trash and debris everywhere isn't art either. Don't make excuses for laziness, even if they are artists.

This is definitely trash; It reduces values on all property on this deed-restricted single-family residential street, i.e., less property taxes to C.O.H.

Artworks that employ materials the rest of society deem "trash" have always been of debatable artistic value. While a multitude of trash related art pieces/exhibits have received international attention (like the installation in Italy from earlier this year where the cleaning crew mistakenly threw away parts of the exhibit) this piece has absolutely no place where it is. A broken, useless car with what appears to be eyes and spidery legs cannot be valued or considered art if its environment is characterized by general disrepair and disorder, disrepair and disorder that is only the result of laziness and a lack of understanding that such environments only allow unwanted vermin to thrive in a neighborhood of families with children. For those who truly believe that this "art" is of true value, please find a museum to take it in, I personally believe a museum will be much more capable of providing the car an environment in which it can thrive and not pose a health concern. Finally for all who wish to further argue the art car argument, this complaint pertains to the trashed state of the ENTIRE property, not just the car in the front lawn.

Agreed. And last I checked, art cars moved, participate in parades, and function as cars. This is junk in a yard.

The car is most likely in violation of City code and needs to be hauled away.

The remainder of the property needs to be cleared of all trash and debris as well. The back yard is a nesting ground for Mosquitos which definitely pose a health hazard to the neighborhood.

This is trash and needs to be removed. It has been sitting there for years and is disgusting!
