Intersection of E9thSt and N11thAveE has 4way stop signs.
Intersection of E9thSt and M12thAveE needs the same 4way protection.
Sightlines at this intersection are horrid.
Cars are also parking too close to the intersection, blocking more sightlines and the bus stops.
E9thSt also needs speed signage. No indication betweenE9th & 6AveE to Woodland&Kent as to the legal speed on this major roadway.

Appears that other driver agree with the need for a stop sign.
Some have been stopping for this intersection on 9th St as though there was a sign.
This causes further problems as drivers on 12thAveE then think that everyone will stop here.
This intersection still needs a 4way stop.

And the poor parking situation of this area compounds the problem.
Sight lines at this intersection are poor.

Seems that we had another accident at this location.
Sight-lines are bad here. Parking to the corners makes it worse.
We really need a 4 way stop at this major intersection.
If 9th at 10 Ave E needs a 4-way, then 9th at 11th Ave E deserves one too.
And drop a few speed limit signs along 9th so we can finally agree what the speed limit is.
