Obviously this landlord has rented this sgl. family dwelling to someone who has 4 cars to park and only one legal parking space. Alternative parking needs to be sought for the extra cars as the grass in the ROW will be ruined and front yard parking is not allowed. Please address this with the owners and the occupants.
