Concerned Citizen phoned and stated that this property has once again overgrown with grass and bushes over the top of both the front fence and back fence. It is not safe for the citizens in this community as there are illegal activities taking place around that area and does not make it safe for them. The landlord does enforce the tenants to take care of the property. A ticket 11082844 was closed on 6/26/14 by the Code Enforcement Inspector. This is an ongoing issue with this property which is an eye soar to the community.
