Description

the pedestrian signal box on a pole on the NE corner of highland/prospect should be facing south. however, ever since the pedestrian signals were installed at that intersection (a couple of years ago, i think), this one signal box been turned around so that it can't be seen by people wanting to cross highland. i'm surprised that no one who lives in this neighborhood has reported it before...or if they have, that it hasn't been fixed yet. please fix this soon!!!
