Description

On 18th St and 5th Ave no stop signs going from 4th Ave to 6th Ave. Cars fly through 5th Ave and 18th Street. People try to see how fast they can go between both Streets. I have lived on the cornor of 5th and 18th Street for 5 years. Someone with get hit someday.
