The alley behind our house has become a trash collector. We have cleaned out the area behind our home numerous times, and people keep dumping construction garbage, weeds, and huge black trash bags full of trash behind our house and the homes surrounding ours.

This is a health and safety issue.
if you are voting to have this resolved, please also add your vote on "#114423 Southeast Lamp out" to have the burnt out bulb in the lamp at the southeast corner of the park replaced since this also presents a safety issue.
