Description

30th Street and Richmond Blvd intersect in a 90 degree corner, people have started parking at the intersection, often blocking access to stairs to above street level. By parking that way, and there are signs, 2 cars cannot pass at that corner. The area along side the creek is a protected urban creek. Some of the cars have bent over a wire fence that show the boundary of the park. The No Parking sign is parallel to the street and easily ignored.
When it occurs is there a number to call to have someone issue a citation?
