I noticed this was still down today, too. The road is blocked off at this intersection, but hopefully it gets cleaned up quickly so no kids start playing on it.

I live here - I reported it at midnight on Saturday to 311 - the reference # is 1846506.
Neighborhood children have been continually playing on it, and traffic is completely blocked southbound on the street.
