This address is a complete eye sore. Windows have been left open in the rain. The front porch had yellow tape wrapped around the posts for 60+ days. The front and backyard are not maintained and attract rodents and feral cats. The front steps have been incomplete for 90+ days. The brick fireplace inside has collapsed. We have two houses on the market on our block and this house is detracting from sales opportunities and lowering everyone's property value.
