Description

Going north on Ellsworth Avenue, there are two traffic signals at Chapel Street. The red light for the traffic signal on the right does not illuminate. The yellow and green lights function properly. So does the traffic signal on the left.

I called in this same problem a month or two ago, and it was fixed. I'm surprised it's back again so soon. Maybe there's something wrong with the traffic signal that's causing the red light to fail.

(And I know I'm supposed to call this in, but I keep forgetting to call during business hours.)
