The cutting crew (Asplundh) showed up on Wednesday 10/22 but their chainsaw would not work (I kid you not) and nothing was done. We haven't seen them since; please advise when these trees will be taken care of. More limbs came down with this week's windy weather. Thank you.

Is there any update to this at all? The Asplundh crew never came back and these trees are in desperate need of trimming before the next storm and definitely before an ice storm. New Haven will you please respond?

This is still outstanding and the City has never responded to numerous requests for an update. Please provide one ASAP, as these trees have never been cut back.

City of New Haven -- will you please provide a status update and/or trimming schedule for these two trees. This is becoming quite urgent.

These trees were assigned a Trimming Priority of 1 in August of 2014--TWENTY MONTHS AGO. They have never been trimmed, not once, since then. They are dropping very large branches; the last one that fell was over 20 feet in length and 6 inches thick, heavy enough to kill my young son. It fell in my front yard. Does the City of New Haven plan to ignore this set of very dangerous trees and continue to put our lives at risk? I'm amazed at the complete silence from the City on this location. I can't cut the trees down myself, they are not on my property. They are also HUGE and dangerous. This needs to be addressed immediately.

I just called your office yet again. Another branch fell today, hit my roof and is now on my front porch. It is over 12 feet long and 8 inches in DIAMETER. You need to remove this tree before I have to move out of my house due to safety concerns.

Today another branch fell and shattered the back windshield of a visitor's car as it was parked on the street. Is the City going to reimburse her to have this replaced? Why haven't these dead limbs been removed yet??

Yesterday (5/2) during the heavy winds, a branch fell and blocked Howard St. A neighbor dragged it out of the street so vehicles could pass. When are these trees going to be taken care of?

Sent an e-mail o 5/23 to Ader Santana, regarding the need to have these two dangerous trees removed. No response yet.
