Description

This overgrown jungle is blocking the whole sidewalk. It must be cleaned up!

I looked more closely at this and realized the whole sidewalk is tipped up to make a jagged barrier a couple of feet high, and that the bushes are growing in the large cracks. Obviously this situation has existed for years on the Boulevard and no one has addressed the issue. Whose responsibility is this? The City's or the property owner.

LCI Neighborhood Specialist taped off area after the vegetation was cut back on 10/9/14, and gave information regarding the sidewalk uplifting to Tree Dept. and Public Works for the removal of the stump and for the sidewalk to be repaired.
