Description

There is a dirty syringe in front of the abandoned property at 1000 C St Ne. The syringe is on the right front wall of the house where someone could be stuck. This house has been vacant for years and is a magnet for nefarious activity. Please have the needle removed and the property cited as blighted and vacant.
