Correction: the name of the creek is actually "Big Branch."

Although a worker from the city of Raleigh I believe came out to view the problem, he informed us that it was not the city's responsibility to remove. I took issue with that since the tree that fell was sitting in the creek behind the house, not on private property. We will need to appeal this decision and our guest ticket to our city Council person.
