Description

Downed Electrical Wires across W> Sedgley Dr. and into the Lemon Hill park. There has been an officer parked there since 6am Sunday (at minimum). i think it's a MASSIVE waste of PPD resources to have an officer parked there for over 30 hours.

PECO was out weeks ago, however there are TWO WIRES still on the ground. i don't know and don't care to test if they are active, but PECO either forgot to finish the job, or clean up after themselves. These wires are coming from the telephone pole that is on the Poplar Drive side of the street, crossing W. Sedgley, up the hill towards the picnic area, with THE DOWNED TREE LIMBS that haven't been cleaned up either.

... PECO said it's not their wires. they fixed theirs. Again, this issue is not closed and it's been nearly 2 months!
