Thanks Robin for that update. Perhaps there are plans to upgrade this light. Drivers are paying no attention at all to the yellow and red - I am wondering if they even know what it means!

this intersection is one of the oldest in the city. it was installed around 1939 with some modifications
made over the years. this intersection runs on a timed cycle and the pedestrians come in every cycle.
there were never any provisions to add buttons as the controller and wiring of the cabinet do not allow an actuated ped. thank you for reporting

As of this time there are no plans to update this intersection. These lights have been identified as one that needs replacement.
