suggest police monitor the speeding in the area (Pershing/Reaves)..especially during the 4 - 6 PM time.

Concur! The industrial traffic that speeds through the residential neighborhood, from both Whitiker Mill and Aycock St's, is a joke. Where is RPD and the motor cycles???? Hopefully, if sidewalks are approved by the residents and installed, it will slow things down. Speed bumps would be welcome additions as well.

I completely agree! As a resident living in the 400 block of Pershing Road I witness business trucks and personal vehicles speeding (flying!) back and forth at all times of the day. It happens morning, midday, and night. Speed bumps and increased police patrol would help.

The Downtown District will have our beat officers monitor this location for speeding during the noted hours. This location has also been forwarded to our Traffic Enforcement Unit.
