Full trash can in the park. If we want beautiful parks and a farmers' market the city has to empty the trash receptacle before the market begins at 3pm Thursday. At the end of the market day it looked like at the beginning, full. The garbage of those people who are unwilling or unable to take their trash home is all over the park. Is it that difficult to keep the trash receptacle empty? The park has a friends group, doing our part, the city needs to do their part. A clean park is also a safer park.
