Description

This vehicle has been parking illegally with various parking permits for over a year. Currently it is using a visitors pass for neighborhood parking. Previously it used passes that were for month-long periods -- the kind that is usually obtained from the police offices. Why is this vehicle allowed to continue to park in a neighborhood with so much mayor mandated first street tunnel construction that there is not even enough room for those residents that have registered their cars legally to park? Seriously, why?
